Even our logo carries the same idea. Before a dragonfly ever takes flight, it spends years under water, growing and changing out of sight. Then one day, it breaks the surface and flies with speed and precision. That's the growth journey Nimbly is built around: from Generalist to Specialist. Lucia Fan

Lucia founded Nimbly after three decades in the employee benefits field, serving within several top 10 brokerage firms. Over the years, she saw a growing gap in the industry: Client Managers were expected to handle increasing responsibilities without proper training, clarity, or support. Many were overwhelmed, burned out, or worse, left the industry.

Lucia built her reputation on making dry topics clear, engaging, and useful. Her work focuses on helping her audience understand complex regulations, prioritize demands, and apply strategic thinking to everyday challenges. She is a trainer first, with mentoring that follows naturally. Through structured learning, Lucia helps Client Managers gain the confidence and capability needed to thrive in a challenging industry.
